Here are some helpful hints about the Condo-

• PLEASE NO CARTS IN THE CONDO-it just beats the walls up so bad.
• The condo is keyless and you will need a unique code that will be sent to you the day of arrival.
• You should share this code with all members of your party that you want to have access.
• There is a RING Camera at the entrance to the Condo.  The Ring does have a doorbell, that can be heard from inside the Condo.  It cannot be heard from outside on the patio.
• The Wifi is called Summer House 104A  you will get the wifi password day of arrival
• The Sliding Glass Doors are heavy.  They are because they are Category 5 Hurricane doors, but they do slide once you get them going. Just make sure to close them all the way.
• The doors are connected to the HVAC system to protect the system from freezing when doors are open.  Please promptly close doors, so the interior of the condo stays comfortable.
• All rooms have ceiling fans.
• There is a box fan in the 2nd king bedroom closet.  It can come in handy to plug in on the patio for a breeze or to keep bugs away.
• The deck box is sturdy and while you can sit on it, it has a 250 lb limit. 
• There is a Pack N Play in the Primary Bedroom Closet and a booster chair in the Washer/Dryer area.
• ALL bedrooms/living room electric plugs-the bottom is live and the top is on a switch.  So if the plug doesn't work, it is probably because the switch is off.
• Primary Bedroom nightstands plug into the wall and offer a plug or USB at the back of the nightstand for technology power.
• Primary Bedroom-in the closet there is a shoe tower and a Pack N Play.  
• Twin Bedroom offers a USB plug in the back of the nightstand also.  The nightstand light is touch control.
• There are 2 multiplug options, with plugs, USBs and USB-Cs. One in the living room and one in the kitchen. They both have a dark sensitive nightlight.
• The kitchen has a full size refrigerator -freezer with ice maker and a beverage refrigerator.  Remember that the fridge takes a while to cool down food when it is newly stocked.
• The refrigerator water filter is kept current according to recommendations and this is important to us, so you can rest assured. 
• There is a crockpot, immersion blender, hand mixer, blender, many pots and pans and cookie sheets. Plenty of dishes , flatware and drinkware.
• Storage-The entire cabinet under the sailfish is perfect for snacks and unopened drinks
• More storage-in the cabinet under the living room television-however there are games and books kept in that cabinet also.
• PLEASE do not store bottled water on the shelves above the washing machine.  I realize it appears sturdy, but the screws are only in drywall and may collapse if too much weight is on the shelf.
• I move things around and use the cabinet next to the fridge as a food storage cabinet.  Every time I come back there is something different in there so, I just move it around.
• Check in is 4pm
• Check out is 10am -watch for the check out list that includes removing all trash and starting the dishwasher among other requirements.  

The Pool Area is reserved for Owners and Guests Only

• Pool Hours 8am - 10pm - Closed during Thunderstorms
• No Lifeguard on Duty
• Bathers must shower before entering pool
• Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• No diving
• No smoking
• No glass
• No pets
• No running or rough play
• Limit loud play and no loud music
• No throwing of objects made of a hard material
• Guests with diarrhea, skin diseases, open lesions etc shall not enter pool
• Children with diapers must wear a leakproof diaper or leakproof diaper covering

Pool and Spa Hours 8am -11pm - Closed during Thunderstorms

• Bathers must shower before entering pool
• Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• No lifeguard on duty
• No diving
• No smoking
• No glass
• No pets
• No running or rough play
• Limit loud play and no loud music
• Do not place any electrical device within 5 feet of the pool or spa
• Do not use the spa if the water temperature is above 104 degrees
• Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause sleepiness or drowsiness should not use the spa or pool
• Medical authorities suggest a 15 minute limit in the spa
• Pregnant women, small children, and persons with heart conditions, blood pressure issues or illnesses should not enter the spa without medical consultation
• Guests with diarrhea, skin diseases, open lesions etc shall not enter pool
• Children with diapers must wear a leakproof diaper or leakproof diaper covering
• No more than 20 bathers in the spa at one time

The building that houses the soda machine and Ice Machine for purchase also has 2 bathrooms for owner and guest  convenience

There are 3 boardwalks. 1 on each end of the pool  and one closer to Building B. There are hoses and open showers to rinse off beach sand and bodies.  There is a bigger open shower on the west side of the pool in the pool area.
